Rich Franz

Rich was married to his wonderful wife Alisa in November 1992 just prior to graduating from Florida Christian College in 1993. They began their ministry life together in Missouri where Rich was a youth minister before heading back to Florida for several other youth ministry opportunities. Following youth ministry days they ventured to Kansas for small groups ministry. After five years dodging tornadoes and tumbleweeds Rich received the call to come lead the ministry team at Central in February 2009. They have two children Avery (1998) and Aubree (2000) and a dog named Bella.

Rich has always had a passion for teaching God's word in a real and relevant way. His philosophy of ministry is simple: Love God... Love Others! He brings his love for children and student ministry into his preaching and teaching and desires to follow God's leading in building a church for families to come and grow and serve together.

He enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports of all kinds, watching his Steelers dominate other NFL teams, boating/fishing and most importantly sharing his love for God with others.
